No. The Kompressor uses 48V phantom power to operate its internal circuitry, but it does not pass phantom power through to the microphone. This makes it suitable for use with ribbon microphones that should not receive phantom power.
In case you want to use a Kompressor with a condenser microphone, this can be done by using an external phantom power supply.
