Yes. With the control set towards Less, the Kompressor can provide clean gain with little or no audible compression. It provides up to 25 dB of gain, with the available gain decreasing as more compression is applied. This makes it useful not only as an inline compressor, but also as a microphone gain stage / microphone booster.
